It comes with a 3 foot flexible hose; a large brush for floors and upholstery; a crevice head for small spaces; a nozzle head for inflating pool toys, air mattresses, or rafts; and an instruction sheet. The flexible hose is a little stiff, but it works well. I'm having to give it up, due to the new car not having a cigarette lighter.
