Becasue of the airport new rules, We make the following adjustments:
1: For Warehouse items.
This item send from warehouse will include the CR2032 battery.
2: All the orders we will try to send with battery first, if the shipper baked the item, we will send again without battery.
3: We have the item with battery shipping for choose, if you can only accept with battery.
You must contact seller how much cost should add to your country then make the order.
4: We will not accept any dispute just because the item received without battery.
5: This battery is for the DVR,NVR time display, without battery, the monitor will not show time on the right up.
Note:
This item is not support all the monitors, your monitor must compatible the item.
If dvr can open but your monitor can not show image, please know first to change VGA or HDMI Cable,then change one
new monitor to check again. Old monitor and some of the TV can not work will be normal.
We will not accept any dispute for the monitor.
If the item can not work, you have obligation to send it back to our warehouse or china to us to test.
If we tested it real have problem, we will pay all the cost(After confirm then to pay).Or send you one new parts to change
at the first time.
About the HDD:
The security DVR must work with the security HDD, if you use the PC HDD, most will be not work.
Your HDD must be brand new, we will not accept any dispute based on the old HDD.
Seagate,TOSHIBA,WD all have security HDD, normal we recommend the WD purple HDD.
If get other compatibility issues, we will not note again, if you have use other sellers items contact with our item, please ask us and confirm first, then order.
About the item case and inside.

Password setting
Now the dvr security seting is not the same as before,please set one password for yourself when you use it. If you forget the password,please see the photo red label, press this "?" button and send me the security code,we will send you the second password to use.

This is the AHD H.265, not the same as IP H.265,No require for the camera, if your camera is the AHD camera and contact this dvr, it will be H.265 storage, can save around 50% RAM than normal ahd dvr
The Encode menu will show only 1080N for defult, you must contact your AHD camera then will have the right information of this camera, for example,if you contact AHD 4mp camera, it will show 4MP, not 1080N.
Support 3G Wifi
If you want to know which 3G and Wifi model can support, please ask the seller first.
When you want to use the 3G,Wifi you need do as below (or it will not work):
