Art Deco - Ronson De Light "New Yorker" Mechanical Penguin Cigarette Dispenser

Description

Art Deco Ronson De Light "New Yorker" mechanical Penguin cigarette dispenser.  Does not have the lid to the cigarette container.  Works well (penguin bends over to tray when levers are compressed), however I have not placed cigarettes in the dispenser to try.
