  • Condition: There are a few areas of oxidation, but minimal. Some scratches and one(1) metal tab missing. Hard-to-find the original Marx/Disney 7 room house in this condition. Please review all pictures for your personal assessment as to overall condition and , if you need some additional pictures, please email. Will ship disassembled to save on shipping costs. No furniture or figures. Minimal ( though there is some) and some sporadic scratches to a few surfaces. There is some roughness to the paint on the roof.Not too bad for being around almost 70 years. Again, please review all pictures for your personal assessment as to condition for your collecting requirements.

    For your consideration, this is a vintage( we believe 1951) Marx / Disney 7 room metal house( included is the hard-to-find recreation room) with minimal( we note 2 small areas oxidation and a few area of scratches and stains.Please utilize Ebay's zoom and close-up features for your personal assessment as to overall condition for your requirements.
    Will ship disaassembled to save on shipping costs, but reassembly should be pretty apparent. There is one missing tab from the roof line, but the structure is solid. A few rough spots to the roof, but no missing lithography. Not perfect, but as close as we have seen in a while for this particular 7 room edition.
