If you are not happy any new, unused items and
unopened
collectible item(s) have a thirty days (30) return policy for full refund of original purchase price from date of invoice. Due to the collectible nature of some products sold at our stores, some products are not returnable if opened and taken out of the box for any reason. This would include all scale figures, figmas, action figures, and model kits. In the rare instances that you believe there are defects in a product or missing parts, please contact us prior to returning the product(s) to us. We will consider partial refunds if your item is open but please contact us before hand to discuss the situation.
Domestic Shipping
All standard shipments will be made by either FedEx or USPS, depending on the quickest route if customer choose economy or standard shipping option. Please note that FedEx delivery is not available for APO/FPO/DPO, or PO Box orders. All orders for APO/FPO/DPO and PO Box will be delivered using USPS (United States Postal Service).
