    Anchor can be buried in concrete or dirt.  Replaceable post is center clamped in place by four bolt  surface radial wedges.
    Accepts square posts or round poles up to 4.75 OD thick. Provides for sturdy erection of heavy posts or poles of a  temporary or replaceable nature.
