Face Handles Inwards
The handles do not rotate. So, it is recommended to face the handles inwards (towards you) and jump rope in sets to let it untwist and be easier on the wrists. Or, rotate the rope with your shoulders as opposed to wrists. Wearing shoes is a must, and gloves is recommended but not required.
