Hello everyone. Welcome to my auctions. Here I am presenting a beautiful group of
" six " low stems(sherbets)
in the
" PROVINCIAL "
pattern in the crystal color. This
group
was produced by
IMPERIAL GLASS CO.
from Bellaire, Ohio.
IMPERIAL
was among one of the most famous glass companies of the U.S.A.
IMPERIAL
produced many gorgeous glass pieces and introduced many glass patterns such as
CANDLEWICK, SLAG GLASS, CAPE COD
and others.  The
CAMBRIDGE
and the
HEISEY GLAS
companies were closed during the 50s.
IMPERIAL GLASS
purchased some of the molds of these two companies and produced some of their patterns using new colors
.  These
pieces are very admired and highly collectible!  Here we have a very gorgeous group of six low sherbet stems.  The stems have a round bowl with straight sides.  They have a round foot.  These guys are in the
PROVINCIAL
pattern produced by
IMPERIAL
using the original
HEISEY
molds.  These .
IMPERIAL
pieces are known by collectors as
" HEISEY by IMPERIAL ".
The sherbets have the original
IMPERIAL
paper labels.
The HEISEY by IMPERIAL pieces are getting to be difficult to obtain and " rare "....do not miss the chance to own this guys!
