Item Description
RYOBI introduces the 18V ONE+ 3 Gal Project Wet/Dry Vacuum with Accessory Storage. Equipped with both wet and dry capability, this vacuum has 3 Gal. of dry debris capacity. This versatile vacuum doubles as a directional blower and includes a utility accessory that attaches directly to the exhaust output for a quick and easy change from vacuum to blower. The 6 ft. x 1-1/4 in. extendable hose is transparent, giving you optimal visibility of debris as it is vacuumed, and the pivoting air inlet port makes for easy hose management. The Project Vacuum has a Flat-top design for convenient stacking and storage. Replacement filters are sold separately with a model number of A32VC05. Best of all, this kit is part of the RYOBI ONE+ System of over 225 Cordless Tools that all work on the same battery platform. Backed by the RYOBI 3-Year Manufacturer's Warranty, the 3 Gal Project Wet/Dry Vacuum includes onboard storage for the included washable filter, crevice tool, utility nozzle, hose, and operator's manual. Nice portable vac. Works fine for convenient clean-up in areas with no nearby power. But really not easy to empty. There's a lip all the way around the bin, so you whatever you've collected is trapped inside. Upside-down and shaking gets most of it, but not all. Pretty much, that's the only significant problem I've found. Otherwise, it's pretty good.

One of the clips that holds one of the attachments isn?t the most secure and I don?t expect it to fast longer than a year. Fair price, good product. If you are invested in the Ryobi tool line with existing chargers and batteries, going with this project vacuum is the smart direction to continue with. It is perfect for small installation job clean-up. Suggestions for the next gen model would be for better accessory mounting and to not have an overhanging lip that traps remaining debris when dumping the bulk of the debris out from the vacuum.

I bought this vac to use with my track saws. It does a great job keeping sawdust to a minimum. I like the fact that it is light, but it?s so light when using the included hose, when the hose is extended, the vacuum moves. When I connected another hose to the existing hose, it worked like a charm. Great product.

The extension piece could easily be engineered to fit on the side of the vacuum opposite the crevice tool. Would have given it a five star rating in that event. Consider this a 4.4 star rating.

I bought the 18V ONE+ 3 Gal. Project Wet/Dry Vacuum to replace a small traditional wet/dry vacuum that broke. At first I was unsure if I had made the right purchase. I think that the price is a bit high. But even with that in mind, I am happy with the product. The fact that you don't have to lug a large vacuum around is awesome. All you do is make sure the unit is locked in place, put in a battery and you're on your way. The suction power hasn't disappointed and the unit is very easy to carry around. Get the higher capacity lithium battery, it will make your life much better. The lower capacity batteries work fine, but a longer battery is always nice to have. Overall, get vacuum.

Bought for work and home, I already own a large line of Ryobi 18-volt tools and this is a must have! Works perfectly with only the hose holder being a small drawback as when the hose is used it will not fit back into it's designed space, but not enough of an issue to take a star away.
