We send deliveries Monday to Saturday; orders on Sunday ship Monday Morning. Monday to Friday, final delivery will be sent at 3 pm, so orders received before 3 pm will post the same day.

Handing time is 1-2 days after cleared payment.
RETURNS
: We give a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. The buyer pays for return postage. Please make sure you use the eBay-managed return system to send returns. The eBay-managed returns system only allows sellers to refund. If you require an exchange, the best action is to contact us via the eBay message system. If you start a managed return but want an exchange, then we will need to refund you upon receipt of your return and then ask you to place a fresh order instead. It would be helpful if you could include the delivery note with your return to speed up the returns process.
A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns.

Returns must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in resellable condition.
Damage due to buyer abuse of items is non-refundable.
Damage caused by the carrier during shipping gets handled through the USPS or UPS claim process.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping; and insurance of the return shipment.
Optics: Optics that are sealed cannot be returned once the seal is broken. Once mounted or shot, they are no longer eligible for return.
Baits: Baits must be inspected upon delivery. Once used or fished, they are no longer eligible for return.
Returns not following these guidelines may be non-refundable or may incur a restocking fee.
