Professionally serviced TASCAM 234 Syncaset rack mount 4 track cassette recorder. All functions tested and passed, expected to perform as new.
In nice cosmetic shape, with a couple of minor issues: Three colored caps are missing from I/O knobs (photo #4), shallow 1" dent in top of case (photo #6), pitch control knob is slightly bent (not enough to be noticeable in photo), but operated smoothly through full range.

The TASCAM 234 Syncaset was the first 4-track rackmountable cassette recorder/reproducer with dbx and 3 3/4 IPS tape speed. 4-Track cassette based recorder with VU Meters for each channel, 4 section for channel control (input level signal, output balance), digital counter, noise reduction system, jack for headphones (volume control). An output select button switches between the four back panel inputs and the four tape outputs. Power consumption 30W.
