Vintage Art Deco Ronson Table Lighter & Cigarette Dispenser

Description

Ronson table lighter and cigarette dispenser.  Cig. dispenser works fine, lever actuated.  Lighter is missing something at top.  The upper body has come unsoldered from one of its pegs and someone tried to solder it down on the outside, but the solder wouldn't stick to the chrome.  Also a dent in the brass base plate at this location, see closeup photos.  So it needs restoration.  If there was a lid over the cigarette compartment it is missing.  This is a 0 lighter when restored.  Weighs almost 4 pounds.
