Vintage English Marked 10K Yellow Gold Ring
with a central Oval Brilliant-Cut  2 to 3 Carat Very Light Pink Amethyst
(I personally don't know how to judge the exact carat size of an Oval Brilliant gemstone!)
with 2 Small side
Amethysts
With a loupe, you can see some inclusions under the Octagonal Table
The pink color in photo #3 was emphasized by direct lighting
Has a very small chip on the girdle
which in my opinion is not visible to the naked eye, only under a loupe
