Vintage Sterling Studebaker Automobile Enamel 5 Yr Service Award Tie/Lapel Pin

Vintage Studebaker Automobile Co. Octagonal Sterling Employee Service Award Tie/Lapel pin with incised long-haired hippie dude on hammered background. JK. I know that's one of the brothers. Looks like copper but says sterling on reverse. Last photo show the size of pin against a vintage nickel (same size as today's nickel). Avour 5/8 inches in diameter. From Indianapolis. I don't know the age and can't quite read the incised writing on the back that looks like the manufacturer name.
You'd think the 5 Year pins would be more common but I couldn't find another to compare prices so I'm following the opening price suggested by eBay's algorithm.
CONDITION: expected surface wear and mild scratches, dark patina, enamel overall good but this piece has been stored and worn and is not new. The pin is pretty straight and the safety clasp is a bit stiff and probably could use oiling to be a bit more flexible, but couldn't we all?
