You are looking at an antique Horse shoe Brand clothes wringer. Measured at it’s farthest points, the wringer is 27” L x 15 1/4” T x 4” W. The hand crank turns smoothly at it should. There is some wear from age, such as wear in the finish and may require further cleaning.
